If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return the product to us, please be aware that you have a 30 day cooling off period from the original day of purchase, as per the distance selling regulations for buyers.

As the buyer you will be liable for transport costs to return the item back to us – we are happy to arrange this over the phone with one of our couriers on your behalf.

If you are based close to our Birmingham or Northampton showrooms please feel free to drop in with your return and save on delivery charges!
